CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are required to reserve your appointment spot. So the amount due today is the deposit and it is applied to your final payment due after your appointment is completed. Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your hair appointment. There is a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows.
